As many of you know, I am a fan of Amazon Prime video selections. Each month they publish their upcoming video selection on their site, but what is worth seeing?
Here’s a list of my picks for the month:
The Corpse Bride (2005) is often overshadowed The Nightmare before Christmas for one very important reason.
Nightmare is better.
However, Corpse Bride isn’t a bad little Burton-bit and if ever in Atlanta, you can see some of the puppets on display in the museum there. So you have that.

Hackers (1995) has one big thing going for it. It is Angelina Jolie’s first big, breakout role. today watching this it feels just a TAD dated, but I think that actually makes it more fun than it originally was. Convention regular Matthew Lillard is also featured prominently.

I’m ready to polarize the audience. Mike freaking hates this movie. I’m okay with it. Many laud it as a classic. Rosemary’s Baby (1968) certainly is in the discussion for the “Devil Movies” with The Exorcist and The Omen. Directed by Roman Polanski and starring Mia Farrow, it certainly is the lowest paced of the three, but it builds suspense through its excessive 2 hour 16 minute playtime. The ending scene is still creepy for those that have not seen it before so it is worth a peek.
