Next February/March, we will be joined by a local talent with a growing national presence. Jason Baker is an established Special Makeup Effects artist, Director, Producer, Writer, Production Designer.

You have will know his work from “Black Phone”, “Smoke and Mirrors” and many WWE projects including many masks and productions.

Michael Berryman

Michael Berryman is a name that stands out in the world of cinema, particularly in the horror genre. We’re happy to announce he is back for the 2025 Horror Realm convention in Pittsburgh!

Born with a rare condition known as hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, Berryman’s unique appearance has become his signature in Hollywood, making him an iconic figure in the industry. Despite facing challenges and bullying in his early life due to his condition, Berryman’s resilience and talent led him to a successful acting career. Discovered while working as a florist, his first role in “Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze” in 1975 set the stage for a series of memorable performances. Perhaps most notably, Berryman’s portrayal in Wes Craven’s “The Hills Have Eyes” (1977) solidified his place in the annals of horror cinema. Beyond the scares, Berryman has shown versatility, appearing in a wide range of feature films and television series, including “Star Trek,” “The X-Files,” and even playing Satan in “Highway to Heaven.”

His journey from Venice Beach to the big screen is a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of embracing one’s uniqueness.
